Sonrise Adult & Teen Challenge is a faith-based residential program for adult men who are struggling with any life controlling issue. Our goal is to help men overcome these struggles through the power of Jesus Christ.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

We are a 13-month discipleship program. The students day consist of class time or learning vocations with instructors who have graduated from our program. We provide a safe and structured environment where men can overcome addiction and develop new skills. We want to help each of our students become productive members of society and live a fulfilling life.

I came to Sonrise because drugs and alcohol controlled my life for many years. In and out of jail, I was hopeless and desperate for change. I had burnt every bridge and hurt the people that loved me. Not only did I find true and lasting freedom from addiction at Sonrise, I found purpose and calling in Christ. Upon completion of the program, I became a staff member where I served other men who shared the struggles that I once did. I had the honor of being the pastor and program manager for 8 years. Today I am an author and an evangelist at World Challenge. I am happily married with a son. I spend my days taking the gospel of Jesus Christ all around the world.
